How to prepare miracle drink

What is Miracle drink?

Have you heard about it? If no, then this is the time for you to grab something as knowledge they say is a continous process. 

Miracle drink is a delicious cocktail drink made of apple, beetroot and carrot ( ABC).  This drink was discovered to have been introduced by a Chinese herbalist for the treatment of lung cancer and some other diseases. 


What do 
we need?

The good news here is that this drink is so easy to make and everyone can make and drink it with ease. The ingredients needed for this drink includes:


  • Carrot
  • Beetroot
  • Apple
  • Honey/lemon juice (optional)

 BEETROOTS:

They are known in the days past to treat digestion related illnesses and for boasting blood cells. Their young leaves can be shredded and added to salad.
Beetroots contains lots of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B1, 2,3,5,6,9, Vitamin C, calcium, iron , magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, sodium and zinc.

CARROTS:

Carrots belong to the vegetable family, the commonly eaten part is its orange taproot. They also contain lots of vitamins and minerals. Carrots are good source of vitamin A which helps to maintain a healthy eye sight.

APPLE:

It is a very popular fruit that comes in both red and green colour. They contain antioxidants, lots of vitamins and minerals just like that of beetroot . it also contains vitamin E and K.

Having noted the value of each fruit used for this drink, we can now say that this drink is indeed of great value. Some of the benefits of this drink includes:

  • It helps to inhibit the growth of cancer cells
  • It helps in weight loss
  • Aids digestion
  • Good for radiant and glowing skin.
  • Prevents ageing marks e.tc

With all the ingredients(ABC) available, follow these three easy steps:

Wash and slice the three fruits into cubes without peeling their backs.

Pour them into a blender and add little water to ease the blending process.

Sieve the mixture and serve in a cup

Note: do not add sugar to the mixture.

At first the signs that this drink actually works  might not be visble  but continuous intake will produce a visible results then you will see the power of two vegetables and one fruit.
